• I'm looking for a specific gown. How can I tell if you have it?
  • You can call your local Regiss Bridal store in Louisville or Glasgow with the style number and designer and we can check our inventory to see if we have a sample piece of the gown you're looking for. Or if you don't have the time to call, you may fill out a Contact Us form and a reply will be given via e-mail in less than 24 hours.

• Do you have layaway?
  • We do offer a layaway program for our brides. For stock purchases, 20% of the total price after tax must be put down. From there, a monthly payment is required until you are ready to take it out of the store.

• How much do I have to pay before my dress is ordered? Do you offer layaway for special orders?
  • 50% of the total price after tax must be paid on all special ordered gowns before they are ordered. From that point, a montly payment is required until it comes in and you are ready to take it out of the store.

• Do you offer alterations?
  • We have a seamstress contracted at each Regiss Bridal for your convienence. She is at the Louisville location every Thursday and at the Glasgow location every Saturday. Any alteration costs are seperate and are not included in the cost of the gowns, so you are not required to use our contracted seamstress if you wish to use another.

• How long does it take for a special ordered gown to come in?
  • Each manufacturer has a different length of time to process, fill, and ship the order. Generally, it takes approximately 6 months for a bridal gown to arrive.

• What is the price range of your gowns?
  • Our bridal gowns start at $99. However, most of our inventory ranges between $500 and $1500.

• Do you offer any discounts?
  • We do have special offers for our brides who choose to purchase during their first visit with us and for those who choose to purchase a sample gown from stock. More details to come during your appointment at a Regiss Bridal salon.

• How do I know what size I wear?
  • Bridal fashion runs much smaller than everyday clothing. You can expect to wear at least two sizes above what your pant size is. However, when special ordering a gown we do measure you to ensure the best fit.

• Do I need to book an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
  • Since we require every bride, regardless of walk-in or appointment status, to work with a consultant, it is recommended you book an appointment to avoid waiting for availability. Brides who don't book an appointment may come at a time when no consultant is available and be asked to book a time to come back. We want every bride to be able to enjoy the true Regiss experience, which includes having your own personal consultant to give you the full attention you deserve.
