Frequently Asked Questions

• I'm ordering my bridesmaid dress from another store. Do you offer courtesy measurements that I can send to them?
  • We do not offer courtesy bridesmaid measurements at any location. Due to the variation of procedure in the bridal industry, we can only verify that our measurements are used to correctly size you at a Regiss location.

• How much do I have to put down before my dress is ordered?
  • Bridesmaid dresses must be paid in full at time of measurement. Once the last bridesmaid has paid, the entire party's gowns will be ordered. This ensures they all come from the same dye lot at the manufacturer and match correctly.

• How long does it take bridesmaids dresses to arrive after being ordered?
  • Each manufacturer has a different length of time it takes to process, fill, and ship the order. Generally, it takes between 3 to 4 months for gowns to arrive after they've been ordered.

• I only have 5 months until my wedding. I want to make sure my bridesmaid dresses will be in on time. Is there anything I can do?
  • When you only have a short amount of time between the order date and your wedding, it is possible to make each dress a rush order. It is an additional $40 per bridesmaid dress and allows your gowns to arrive approximately 2 to 3 weeks ahead of normal schedule.

• Do you offer any discounts?
  • We do offer a discount on the gowns in a bridal party if the Bride has purchased her bridal gown with us. See a consultant in store for more details.
